Yes. Jewelbot connects to your Shopify catalog to help shoppers find products through a conversation. Your server and allowed storefront origins need to be configured before installation.
Do shoppers need an email to get started?
No. Shoppers can start exploring without an email. By default, Jewelbot allows 10 guest AI requests before asking for an email. Server-side visitor and IP limits also apply.
Are the design previews final product specifications?
No. Generated designs and virtual try-ons are visual concepts. Your team should confirm the materials, measurements, availability and price with the customer.
What happens when someone requests an appointment?
